Product Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer requirements and needs and integrate them into product development,
- Develop and implement a long term product strategy to optimize the performance and success of the milling machine product line.
- Conducting through tests and evaluations to ensure the optimal functionality and performance of the prototypes,
- Work closely with the development team to drive product improvements and innovations based on market demands,
- Monitor the product lifecycle and identify opportunities to enhance competitiveness and profitability,
- Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams as well as external partners and customers,
- Create marketing and sales strategies to support the launch of new products and increase sales of the milling machine product lines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have (minimum) a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- You demonstrated a few years of experience in product management
- You have knowledge/ experience of the milling machine industry and/or the cold planning and/or the construction equipment sector
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are team player and effectively collaborate with various departments and teams
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
