Your Responsiblities

As Technical Product Manager (m/f/x), you are responsible for the Sany compaction / motor grader / milling machine product lines for European markets
By analyzing the market trends, competition and customer behavior, you develop product recommendations and ensure that our products meet the needs of the present and future market in Europe
Analyze the price system and assist in pricing strategies
Oversee local test results and ensure EU certification of the products
Manage the product rollout and launch in the European market
Communicate improvement, updates of products that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability with the Sany R&D center in China
Through trainings you ensure that employees and clients understand key benefits and use new products as quickly as possible
Ensure continual awareness of competitive developments in the field, including attendance and presentations at customer facing events

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
Several years’ experience in the field of compaction machinery, preferably single and double dumpers
Experience in product management, project management, marketing, and service is a definite plus
Knowledge of CE standards and regulations

Product Manager (m/f/d) Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic) – Construction Machinery –Excavator – Wheel Loader

Your Responsiblities

By analyzing the market trends, competition and customer behavior, you develop product recommendations and ensure that our products meet the needs of the present and future market in Europe
You are responsible for the implementation of the product management strategy on a global level
You develop market entry plans for product launches and trade show appearances
Analyze the price system and assist in pricing strategies
Marketing support for product launches and trade fair appearances
Assist the product rollout and launch in the European market
Communicate updates of products that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability
Through trainings you ensure that employees and clients understand key benefits and use new productsas quickly as possible
Additionally, you support your sales colleagues in product presentations
Ensure continual awareness of competitive developments in the field, including attendance andpresentations at customer facing events

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
Several years’ experience in the field of construction machinery – ideally with excavators and wheel loaders
Experience in product management, project management, marketing, and service is a definite plus
Knowledge of CE standards and regulations
Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
Well experienced in understanding, acquiring, assessing and communicating customer requirements
Analytical way of thought as well as the ability to prioritize and to reduce complexity
Business fluency in English and one of the following languages: Slovenian, Romanian, Hungarian or
Czech
Willingness to travel globally if needed

Your Responsiblities

As Technical Product Manager (m/f/x), you are responsible for the Sany Reachstacker product lines for European markets
By analyzing the market trends, competition and customer behavior, you develop productrecommendations and ensure that our products meet the needs of the present and future market in Europe
Analyze the price system and assist in pricing strategies
Oversee local test results and ensure EU certification of the products
Manage the product rollout and launch in the European market
Communicate improvement, updates of products that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability to the Sany R&D center in China
Through trainings you ensure that employees and clients understand key benefits and use new products as quickly as possible
Ensure continual awareness of competitive developments in the field, including attendance andpresentations at customer facing events
Work parallel as a Generalist (m/f/x) on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
Several years’ experience in the field of Reachstacker
Experience in product management, project management, marketing, and service is a definite plus
Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
Well experienced in understanding, acquiring, assessing and communicating customer requirements
Analytical way of thought as well as the ability to prioritize and to reduce complexity
Business fluency in English and intercultural experience
Willingness to travel globally if needed

Your Responsiblities

Customer and dealer acquisition in the defined sales region
Strategic planning and analysis of the target market as well as definition of suitable measures for furthergrowth
You are the interface and central contact for all sales issues
Create target figures and business plans with local distribution partners
Understand customer requirements commercially and technically and process enquiries as well as clarifythe scope of the offer
This includes quotation preparation, calculation, technical details, delivery dates, etc.
Ensure smooth internal and external order processing, also track open items or invoices
Coordination with After Sales Service

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial field would be ideal
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales of technical products, preferably in the construction machinery industry or with capital equipment
Ability to articulate value propositions and perform benefits-selling as well as passion about turning potential customers into long-term partners
Proven ability to interface and coordinate work with internal departments and external customers at all levels
Self-starter and strategic thinker
