Our drive for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction fuels our continued growth in the European market.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and technically experienced<strong>Chief Engineer<\/strong> to lead the <strong>product definition and technical strategy<\/strong> of cold planers (milling machines), with a strong focus on <strong>electrical systems and intelligent control systems<\/strong>. The successful candidate will act as a technical expert, working closely with product management, R&amp;D, and engineering teams in China and Europe to ensure that the cold planer product line meets the requirements of the European market from a system architecture and functional performance perspective.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the <strong>technical lead and subject matter expert<\/strong> for the cold planer product line, focusing on <strong>electrical architecture<\/strong>, <strong>automation<\/strong>, and <strong>intelligent control systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Translate <strong>European customer needs<\/strong> and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and system requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive system-level definition, architecture, and integration of electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, displays, automation features, and other electrical components.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the global R&amp;D team to develop, test, and validate new features and technologies for cold milling machines.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate prototype functionality and support field testing to ensure system robustness and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor technology trends and competitor benchmarking to drive innovation and system optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of the long-term product roadmap by providing deep technical input and system-level recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison between engineering, product management, and sales to ensure alignment between technical development and market needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<div class=\"mf-empty-space \" style=\"\"><div class=\"mf_empty_space_lg\"  style=\"height: 15px\"><\/div><div class=\"mf_empty_space_md\"  style=\"height: 15px\"><\/div><div class=\"mf_empty_space_xs\"  style=\"height: 15px\"><\/div><\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;YOUR QUALIFICATIONS&#8221;
