As we expand our presence in the European market, we are seeking a Technical Project Leader to support and guide the development of our Wheeled Loaders product line in the region.<\/p>\r\n

Main Purpose of the Role<\/h1>\r\n

The Technical Project Leader will:
– Take ownership of the technical roadmap, market fit, and competitive positioning of SANY\u2019s Wheeled Loaders in Europe.
– Act in a technical leadership capacity (not a traditional product management role), with strong focus on:
\u00a0 \u2022 advising R&D,
\u00a0 \u2022 interpreting customer needs,
\u00a0 \u2022 benchmarking competitors to ensure SANY\u2019s products meet European market expectations.<\/p>\r\n

This role is based in Stuttgart (hybrid model possible within Europe) and requires 2\u20133 trips per year to China.<\/p>\r\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h1>\r\n
    \r\n
  1. Act as the technical reference point for SANY\u2019s Wheeled Loaders in Europe, providing detailed input on product design, performance, and user expectations.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and application environments across Europe to guide technical direction and product decisions.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Conduct competitor benchmarking, including field visits and product comparisons, to identify differentiation opportunities.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Collaborate closely with R&D teams in China, ensuring European use cases and standards are integrated into the design and validation process.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Serve as a bridge between European customers and SANY headquarters, translating field feedback into actionable development priorities.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Support product validation, field tests, and launch activities to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\r\n
  7. Represent the Wheeled Loaders product line in internal and external meetings, including customer demonstrations, trade fairs, and technical reviews.<\/li>\r\n
  8. Regular travel across Europe and China to support collaboration, field studies, and prototype validation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Profile & Qualifications<\/h1>\r\n
      \r\n
    1. Engineering degree (Mechanical, Agricultural, or similar); a Master\u2019s degree is a plus.<\/li>\r\n
    2. At least 10 years of technical experience in wheeled loader development, field support, or engineering, ideally with a leading OEM.<\/li>\r\n
    3. Strong knowledge of the European construction equipment market, especially customer expectations, applications, and regulations.<\/li>\r\n
    4. Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and technical benchmarking.<\/li>\r\n
    5. Fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage).<\/li>\r\n
    6. Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.<\/li>\r\n
    7. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
