You will manage HR administrative tasks, support talent acquisition processes, and assist in the development of a strong organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Talent Acquisition<\/strong>: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees, particularly for roles that require Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HR Support for Chinese Employees<\/strong>: Act as a liaison for Chinese-speaking employees, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of company policies, benefits, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employee Relations<\/strong>: Resolve employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring that both Chinese and European employees are supported in their respective roles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payroll and Benefits Administration<\/strong>: Support the payroll process for Chinese-speaking employees and assist in managing employee benefits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training and Development<\/strong>: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring that materials are available in both Chinese and English (or other local languages as needed).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance and Documentation<\/strong>: Ensure HR practices are compliant with European labor laws and SANY\u2019s policies, with particular attention to cross-border regulations and the needs of Chinese-speaking employees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Translation Support<\/strong>: Provide translation and interpretation support during HR meetings, recruitment processes, and employee communications, from Chinese to English or local languages and vice versa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HR Projects<\/strong>: Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, providing insights from the Chinese market when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fluency in Chinese Mandarin, German and English<\/strong>: Both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong> in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles;
