Job Overview:<\/strong>
SANY Europe is looking for an experienced and strategic International Product Manager<\/strong> to lead the development and execution of forklift<\/strong> product strategies in the European market. This role will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle management of localized products, ensuring their competitiveness, compliance with EU regulations, and adaptation to local market needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the breakthrough and expansion of the SANY Electric Forklift brand across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Market Research & Product Planning:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Conduct research on European forklift market demands, competition landscape, and technology trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identify segmentation opportunities and formulate product plans for the European market, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and differentiation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Regularly update the product roadmap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Product Development & Regulatory Certification:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Lead European customer demand analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Coordinate with R&D teams, trial production testing, and local regulatory authorities to secure product certifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure compliance with EU regulations, including noise, and energy efficiency standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Management:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and after-sales teams to optimize product launch processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensure delivery and after-sales support systems align with European market requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Marketing & Sales Support:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Develop and implement product promotion strategies for the European market, such as exhibitions and industry white papers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Provide product training for sales teams and agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Offer technical solution support for key customer negotiations and bidding processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Product Lifecycle Management:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Monitor product performance in the market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Lead product upgrade or phase-out decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Optimize inventory and cost structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor’s degree or above from recognized European institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Experience:<\/strong> At least 5<\/strong> years of product management experience in the forklift industry within the European market. Familiarity with EU product certification processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Languages:<\/strong> Native speaker level in German<\/strong> and Chinese<\/strong>, fluent in English<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Skills:<\/strong> Strong data analytics, cross-cultural communication, and multilingual abilities (English required; French or Spanish<\/strong> is a plus).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
