Business Development<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the European key account strategy, annual business plans, and detailed action plans<\/li>\n<li>Define tailored strategies for each key account, including short-term and mid-to-long-term breakthrough plans<\/li>\n<li>Lead major project tenders, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnership agreements<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic account plans for selected European key accounts across relevant SANY product lines and markets, in coordination with regional sales teams, business units and service organisations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Customer Relationship Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, maintain, and continuously elevate relationships with C-level executives of key European clients<\/li>\n<li>Gain deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions (equipment + services + financing)<\/li>\n<li>Improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Cross-Regional Coordination &amp; Team Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate between country sales teams in Europe and headquarters (product, supply chain, financing, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Establish and optimize Key Account Management (KAM) systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Coach and empower local sales teams in key account development<\/li>\n<li>Act as a central coordination point for selected strategic accounts, while working through and in alignment with existing SANY regional sales, business unit and service structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Market &amp; Competitive Analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor trends and competitive dynamics in the European construction machinery industry<\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitor strategies and develop differentiated competitive approaches<\/li>\n<li>Provide market insights to headquarters to support product and strategic optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Sales &amp;
