Job Overview:
SANY Europe GmbH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Finance team. This role focuses on managing and reconciling intercompany transactions between affiliated companies, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. You will play a crucial part in supporting financial closings, audits, and process optimization, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and reconciliation of intercompany transactions across affiliated entities.
- Ensure accurate recording and processing of internal settlements in compliance with IFRS, HGB, and relevant local accounting standards.
- Collaborate with various finance departments to streamline and enhance intercompany reconciliation processes.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings by preparing necessary reports and analyses.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies within the corporate structure to maintain data integrity.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Proactively engage in continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on intercompany transactions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP ECC or S4HANA.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, solution-oriented working style coupled with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Bedburg, Germany.
- Flexibility to travel within Europe as needed.
