TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

› As Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for Sany’s compaction / motor grader / milling machine product lines for the European markets
› By analysing market trends, competition and customer behaviour, you will develop product recommendations and ensure that our products meet the needs of the current and future market in Europe
› Analyse the pricing system and assist with pricing strategies
› Oversee local test results and ensure EU certification of products
› Manage product launches on the European market
› Communicate product improvements and updates that improve reliability, efficiency and availability with the Sany R&D Centre in China
› Through training, you will ensure that employees and customers understand the key benefits and adopt new products as quickly as possible
› Ensure you are constantly aware of competitor developments in the field, including attending and presenting at events for customers
› Work in parallel as a generalist (m/f/d) on various projects and design key growth initiatives

› Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
› Several years of experience in the field of compaction machines, preferably single and double tippers
› Experience in product management, project management, marketing and service is an absolute plus
› Independent working style with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
› Strong experience in understanding, capturing, assessing and communicating customer requirements
› Analytical mindset and ability to prioritise and reduce complexity
› Business fluent in English and intercultural experience
› Willingness to travel globally when required
