Job Overview:<\/strong>
SANY Europe is seeking a highly skilled Technical R&D Expert<\/strong> to lead the development and localization of core forklift products tailored to the European market. This role focuses on breaking through technical barriers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating innovative, high-performance products. The successful candidate will drive technological advancements and support the rapid market penetration and brand elevation of SANY Electric Forklifts in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Strategic Product Development:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Lead the development of forklift main engine platforms for the European market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Design differentiated product architectures based on user needs (electrification, intelligence) and carbon neutrality goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Gradually build a global product platform to support future innovations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Key Technology Breakthroughs:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Develop modular multi-host platforms to support rapid iterations of electric balance forklifts and warehousing models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Drive the \u201cone platform, multiple models\u201d concept for efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Overcome critical technology challenges in high-voltage electric drive systems, intelligent hydraulic control, and digital human-machine interfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Build a strong technical foundation for the European high-end market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Full Process Technical Control:<\/strong>\n

        • Oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from concept design to mass production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Conduct technical feasibility analyses (DFMEA), prototype testing, and EU certification processes (e.g., VDMA standards).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Plan and implement localized production strategies to align with European regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Market-Oriented Technology Planning:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Benchmark against leading European brands and global hit products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Develop a 3\u20135 year technology roadmap focused on smart, autonomous, and cutting-edge solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate technical advantages into tailored industry solutions (e.g., automotive logistics, cold chain warehousing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Education:<\/strong> Master\u2019s degree or above from recognized European institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Experience:<\/strong> Over 10 <\/strong>years of forklift product and key assembly development experience.\n

              • Proven track record of successful product launches in Europe or globally (annual sales > 30,000 units).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Languages<\/strong>: Native speaker level in German<\/strong> and Chinese<\/strong>, fluent in English<\/strong> preferred, with additional languages such as Spanish<\/strong> considered a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Skills:<\/strong> Expertise in product design, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
