Order Management Specialist (m\/f\/d)<\/h2><\/div>

  1. Prepare, review, and administer sales contracts, purchase orders, quotations, and related order documentation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Coordinate the end-to-end order management process<\/strong>, including order entry, order confirmation, technical order clarification, order tracking, shipment coordination, inventory allocation, and invoicing support.<\/li>\n
  3. Monitor order progress and ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Coordinate closely with engineering, finance, logistics, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing plants, and other internal departments<\/strong> to resolve operational and technical issues and maintain efficient workflows.<\/li>\n
  5. Maintain accurate customer records, order data, and order-related documentation<\/strong> in company systems.<\/li>\n
  6. Generate and analyze order management reports<\/strong> and provide support for business planning and decision-making.<\/li>\n
  7. Support sales forecasting, demand planning, order allocation, and inventory coordination<\/strong> activities.<\/li>\n
  8. Track customer payments and support accounts receivable follow-up<\/strong> in cooperation with finance teams.<\/li>\n
  9. Coordinate shipment arrangements<\/strong> and prepare import\/export documentation<\/strong> to ensure smooth delivery and customs compliance.<\/li>\n
  10. Act as a liaison between European operations and headquarters<\/strong> to ensure smooth communication and business coordination.<\/li>\n
  11. Provide administrative and operational support<\/strong> to the sales and order management team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant business requirements.<\/li>\n
  13. Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, sales operations, logistics coordination, customer service, supply chain operations, or administrative support.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Experience in contract administration, order processing, inventory management, shipment coordination, payment follow-up, or import\/export operations<\/strong> is preferred.<\/li>\n
    4. Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    5. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.<\/li>\n
    6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
