Innovation in the Application-Range of Material Handling: Efficiency Meets Safety<\/h3>

SANY presents a new portfolio of machines focused on the recycling industry at IFAT Munich<\/h2><\/div>

<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Bedburg, Germany, March 2024 \u2013 The new SANY SMHW30G5 wheeled material handler features a high\u00a0load capacity combined with a large reach. The new model creates a new league of efficiency thanks to\u00a0the matured Cummins 6.7 engine. Together with the optimised hydraulics and custom setup, it performs <\/strong>extremely cost-effective, which grants a low cost per handled tonne of material. This machine and the\u00a0<\/strong>new 18-tonne wheeled excavator will be presented for the first time at IFAT Munich 2024, the world’s\u00a0<\/strong>leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste, and raw materials management, from 13 \u2013 17 May on the\u00a0<\/strong>open-air site at stand FM.809\/1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

High efficiency, low consumption<\/strong>
\nThe new SMHW30G5 material handler can handle tasks in recycling, scrap, timber applications, or even in ports\u00a0for bulk handling. Its robust steel construction and sturdy mobile undercarriage provide stability required for the\u00a0toughest of jobs. Operators can expect sensitive hydraulic control and maximum working comfort. All important\u00a0information including many features are conveniently managed via the 7” touchscreen display. Lubrication\u00a0maintenance is optimised by an automatic-central lubrication system on the uppercarriage, and a separate\u00a0central greasing point on the undercarriage. These optimisations, combined with easy access to all relevant\u00a0components for service and maintenance, ensure a high level of operator comfort for routine tasks which can be\u00a0completed quick and safely.<\/p>\n

Safety is a top priority<\/strong>
\nA complete safety package is provided to protect the operator, machine, and components. Working visibility is\u00a0exceeded by the height adjustable cabin, which provides the best view to the work area. The side and rear-view\u00a0camera provides clear visibility to blind working areas, whilst the height and reach limitation feature gives a\u00a0second level of safety whilst working in confined environments such as inside roofed buildings. Reversing alarm,\u00a0enlarged LED light package, and the rotating beacon completes the standard safety package.<\/p>\n

Attractive additions<\/strong>
\nThe new material handler will be accompanied at IFAT by two more standout products of SANY: The SW305\u00a0wheel loader presented last year is a prime example of a multifunctional machine. The machine\u2019s robust, heavyduty\u00a0frame is designed to withstand the toughest operating conditions \u2013 and it comes equipped with a range of\u00a0features to enhance comfort, safety, and productivity. It will also be on display at IFAT configured for recycling\u00a0applications.<\/p>\n

Launch of the new 18-tonne wheeled excavator\u00a0<\/strong>
\nSANY will also be presenting the new SY175W in Munich. This 18-tonne machine is a welcome addition to the\u00a0wheeled excavator range, launching just two years after the first 15-tonne excavator. The machine has been\u00a0developed based on feedback received on the previous model. As a result, the comfort of the cab is second to none. The SY175W also offers improved user-friendliness thanks to its 7″ touchscreen display.<\/p>\n

Alike to the previous model, it is powered by a Deutz engine and works reliably with a Bosch Rexroth hydraulic\u00a0system. The axles from ZF ensure the necessary stability and therefore a high level of safety.<\/p>\n

The outstanding standard equipment package includes an automatic central lubrication system.\u00a0At IFAT, SANY will also be presenting the new wheeled excavator equipped with recycling application options,\u00a0Including: cab guards, a backfill blade and claws.<\/p>\n
