Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Europe Region (Germany Business Focus)

As a strategic HR bridge connecting corporate strategy and European operations, you will:

1. Form a “Strategy-Execution” golden partnership with the Germany HRD
2. Provide dedicated support to high-growth business units in Germany
3. Leverage your success experience in internationalizing Chinese enterprises to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

【Regional Strategy Execution】

• Decode and implement corporate HR strategies locally
• Lead HR health assessments for Germany business units
• Drive the development of regional talent pools

【Business Growth Enablement】

• Provide deep support to sales/R&D departments
• Lead the acquisition of mission-critical talent

【Collaborative Management】

• Establish bi-weekly joint meetings with the Germany HRD
• Regularly participate in coordination meetings hosted by the HRD to facilitate communication with headquarters.
• Conduct joint leadership assessments
