General Manager for supply chain development for Heavy Trucks
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the strategic planning of the Group’s global supply chain. Design the end-to-end supply chain architecture aligned with the Group’s global business layout and business objectives. Balance delivery, cost, quality and capital occupation, and develop the medium-and long-term supply chain roadmap.
- Lead the global supply-demand collaboration and master planning system development. Drive the implementation of S&OP sales and operations planning mechanism. Coordinate cross-regional capacity allocation, demand forecasting and inventory strategy optimization to improve order fulfillment stability and asset turnover efficiency.
- Oversee global supply resource layout and strategic supplier management. Establish the global supplier evaluation, classification and performance & development system. Promote multi-sourcing of critical materials, lead major commercial negotiations, and continuously enhance the cost competitiveness of the supply chain.
- Build the global supply chain risk management and emergency response system. Identify cross-border risks including geopolitics, logistics, foreign exchange fluctuation and supplier disruption. Develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain continuity for global businesses.
- Promote the development of supply chain operation systems, process standards and digital capabilities. Establish a unified supply chain KPI framework and drive end-to-end continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality, manufacturing, overseas business and finance teams. Break down collaboration barriers between domestic and overseas supply chains, align with European business scenarios, and deliver supply chain solutions tailored for overseas markets.
- Monitor the execution of global supply chain budget. Conduct supply chain performance reviews and data insights. Report supply chain operational status, key issues and improvement recommendations to the Chairman on a regular basis to support top-level business decision-making.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in local financial management and personnel supervision; experience working in a multinational enterprise is preferred.
- Familiarity with local GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Solid understanding of local tax policies and hands-on tax management experience.
- Proficient in German and English, with business-level communication skills.
