Research and Development Project Management Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Execute structural design and analysis for crane components to ensure strength and durability
- Participate in new product development from concept design to prototyping and testing
- Identify and address structural design flaws in existing products for quality improvement
- Prepare detailed design specifications and technical documentation for mechanical structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
- As the mechanical structure lead, quickly resolve cross-system integration issues caused by structural design, mitigating their impact on project schedules，ensure mechanical designs comply with European and international regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Rich experience in structural design of wheeled cranes
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
- Familiar with crane products and testing methods
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
- Willing to travel occasionally for supplier cooperation or testing
