› Administration of all local IT systems incl. network (LAN and WAN) and the virtual telecommunication systems based on Microsoft teams
› First and second level support for our end users as well as troubleshooting
› Processing of IT requests (requests such as user installation/deletion, printers, etc.) via our global ticket system
› Commissioning of new workstations (installation, instruction, etc.)
› Supporting users with questions about system handling
› Collaboration on projects and the introduction of new applications from a technical point of view
› Administration and regular updating of system documentation
› Close coordination with the central group IT departments and, if necessary, taking over specialist topics at group level

› Vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
› Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with people and technology
› Interest in new challenges and tasks
› Awareness of quality and IT security
› Independent, structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
› High level of communication skills as well as a sense of responsibility and commitment
› Practical knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
