About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the market development and business expansion of our crane product portfolio (All-Terrain Cranes and Truck Cranes) in Germany. This role is critical to strengthening our presence in the European market and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market development and business expansion for crane products across Germany
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including client acquisition, contract negotiation, and deal closure
- Manage payment processes and ensure healthy cash flow and risk control
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships with key accounts
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
- (Optional) Lead and mentor a local sales team to achieve performance targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of sales/marketing experience in the crane or heavy equipment industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Strong communication skills in German and English (professional working proficiency required)
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in construction machinery or related sectors
- Experience in team leadership or management is a plus
