Bedburg, May 2022 – Wherever heavy loads are moved efficiently and safely, SANY heavy-duty forklifts are in their element. Four models perfectly meet all requirements when lifting capacities ranging from 16 to 32 metric tonnes. This makes the loading of general cargo in the port, in logistics, or production a whole lot easier and more economical. The high-quality standards of the components from our own steel construction as well as drive and hydraulic components from European brand manufacturers ensure efficiency and durability – even when used continuously under the toughest operating conditions.

The newcomer in the 25-tonne segment
With the new SCP250G5 heavy-duty forklift truck, SANY is setting new standards in the 25-metric-tonne class. For speedy operation, it is equipped with a 185 kW Volvo power unit complying with EU emission class V. A high lifting speed and powerful acceleration thanks to its 4-speed Powershift transmission with torque converter and automatic gear shift are just part of its everyday working routine. The newly designed cab – 40 mm wider – offers the best conditions for comfortable and safe working. For example, thanks to the large 10-inch touch display, easily accessible on the right-hand armrest console.

Safety is the top priority
When loads weighing several tonnes are transported, you have to be able to rely on your machine. As with all SANY heavy-duty forklifts, the necessary stability is ensured by the stable frame and optimised weight distribution. The balanced weight distribution also reduces the load on the front axle, and thus tyre wear. A large opening in the centre of the mast and the new arrangement of the hydraulic lines, among other things, ensure a good view of the fork, the load, and the working environment. The rear window, which is also new, with curved side edges and C pillars moved forward, ensures an unrestricted field of vision when reversing and manoeuvring. The view upwards is also unobstructed thanks to the large roof glazing.

As individual as the requirements
SANY heavy-duty forklifts are equipped by default with standard forks that perfectly fit the forklift pockets of 20-ft. ISO containers. In addition, SANY offers numerous attachments and customised options for a wide range of requirements and applications. In this way, the heavy-duty forklift can be adapted to individual specifications. And the “Terminal-West” fork connection makes it possible to switch swiftly between different fork types, for example to pole attachments.

Driver comfort as a production factor
The generously designed cabs are fitted with numerous comfort features as standard. These include an ergonomic seat as well as a powerful air conditioning system. Joysticks make it particularly easy and precise to operate the fork functions. All important parameters are shown in real time on the easy-to-read display. And routine maintenance work is also made easy for the operators: the driver’s cab can be folded to the side electrically, providing perfect access to all maintenance elements.
