Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Intern to support daily HR operations and administrative processes. This role focuses on structured process execution, documentation management, and coordination to ensure smooth HR workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support basic HR administrative processes under supervision (onboarding documents, personnel files organization)
- Support interview scheduling and basic recruitment coordination
- Assist with employee dormitory arrangements and internal activities (e.g., Mid-Autumn Festival events, monthly birthday party)
- Provide general administrative support in compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Available for a full-time on-site internship for 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and Chinese
