Parts Admin (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the on-time processing of customer orders for spare parts, service parts, and accessories, both domestically and especially in European and non-European countries.
- Full handling of inquiries and orders – from preparing quotes and receiving orders to processing, shipping, and invoicing partial deliveries.
- Direct coordination with our customers and sales partners.
- Reviewing orders in terms of conditions and scope of delivery.
- Monitoring delivery dates and initiating partial or complete deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in order processing of technical products
- Proficient in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Experience in order processing; good knowledge of SAP is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility
