Senior Technical Operations Specialist – Road Machinery (m/f/d)

• Dealer Training & Support:
• Conduct expert technical training and certify technicians.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and documentation.
• Inventory Optimization:
• Define regional parts and machine inventory strategies.
• Advise dealers on stock planning and reducing obsolescence.
• Issue Resolution:
• Lead RCA for critical failures and coordinate CAPA with engineering.
• Act as technical authority on key warranty cases.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify service gaps and implement improvements across the dealer network.
• Dealer Engagement & Business Insight:
• Strengthen dealer relationships through business understanding.
• Use performance data to identify growth opportunities and align technical support with commercial goals.

1. Technical Expertise:

• Multiple years in heavy equipment roles with mastery of road machinery (compactors, pavers, mills).
• Engineering degree preferred; expert in RCA and diagnostics.

2. Commercial Skills:

• Strong understanding of dealer business models and P&L.
• Skilled negotiator, translating technical value into commercial benefits.
• Customer-focused communicator (English + other European language).

3. Sales Traits:

• Proactive relationship builder with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven problem solver focused on business growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation.
