Service Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • After-Sales Technical Support
  • Provide technical support for customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and equipment upgrades.
  • Prepare and update technical documents and spare parts recommendations to enhance product reliability.
  • Conduct training sessions on crane operation, fault diagnosis, and equipment best practices.
  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting
  • Perform on-site inspections and troubleshooting for customer-reported issues.
  • Collaborate with research institutes and technical teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to address concerns and optimize equipment performance.
  • Spare Parts Sales & Inventory Management
  • Assist customers and agents with spare parts selection and provide maintenance parts lists.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, assess regional equipment needs, and ensure timely supply.
  • Optimize warehouse circulation and improve spare parts availability.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Experience in after-sales service, equipment maintenance, or technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Languages: Chinese, English.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support.
