Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

Position Overview

As a Purchasing Clerk, you support the full procurement cycle for production and non-production materials, ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain procurement system operations, and assist with compliance, data management, administration, and cost control in the Germany region.


Key Responsibilities

Production Procurement
  • Assist in supplier screening, quotation collection, and price comparisons.
  • Track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with SANY HQ and support issue resolution.
Non-Production Procurement
  • Support procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and services.
  • Compare suppliers to identify cost-effective options.
  • Assist with order placement, tracking, and acceptance.
System & Data Management
  • Maintain procurement system data accuracy and report system issues.
  • Organize procurement records and assist with data analysis.
  • Support optimization of procurement processes.
Compliance & Performance Support
  • Follow company policies and local German regulations.
  • Assist with contract and invoice preparation for audits.
  • Support cost-saving and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
Administrative & Cost Control Assistance
  • Handle basic office administration and inventory checks.
  • Collect cost data and help identify savings opportunities.
